Is Oasis Freight Transport a freight broker or a trucking company?
Both, which is rare. Oasis Freight Transport is a licensed freight broker (MC 16145) based in Kennewick, Washington, and our ownership still owns trucks and trailers that run under Oasis Trucking. That makes us an asset-based brokerage: thousands of vetted carriers for capacity, plus our own iron when a load needs it.
What areas does Oasis serve?
We move freight across all 48 states and Canada, with regional lanes in every part of the United States. We are strongest in the Pacific Northwest: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and California, out of our home base in the Tri-Cities.
What kind of freight do you haul?
Flatbed and step deck are our specialty: lumber, steel, drywall, machinery, and building materials. We also run heavy haul on RGN and multi-axle trailers, dry van, reefer, LTL and partial loads, port and rail drayage, and cross-border freight to Canada.

Do you handle oversize and heavy haul loads?
Yes. We regularly move loads over 100,000 pounds, including data center equipment, with permits, pilot cars, and route surveys arranged. Super loads valued at over $1 million ride with the insurance to match.
How do carriers get set up to haul for Oasis?
Send your MC and USDOT numbers, certificate of insurance, and W-9 to ops@oftrans.com or use the setup form on our Carriers page. Setup takes about ten minutes, and our dispatch runs nights, weekends, and holidays.
Is Oasis a 3PL?
Yes. As a third-party logistics provider we arrange the transportation, vet the carrier, track the load, and handle the paperwork, and we can add warehousing and transload through partner yards near every major West Coast port and rail head.
