Where is my load?

Shippers can see the live status of any active load. Carriers and factoring companies can request payment status from our accounts payable team. All you need is the Oasis load number from your rate confirmation or BOL.

Enter the Oasis load number and the ZIP code of the pickup or delivery. That pairing keeps your freight information private.

Updates come from our dispatch system and the truck's GPS.

Where to find the load number

It is the number on your Oasis rate confirmation, on the BOL under "Broker reference," and in the subject line of every email from dispatch. It is nine digits.

Factoring companies

Use the carrier's MC number and your own reply-to email. If a notice of assignment is on file, accounts payable will confirm the pay-to on record.
