SMS Terms
These terms cover text messages from Oasis Freight Transport LLC ("Oasis"), a licensed freight broker (MC 16145), to the motor carriers and drivers we work with. The program is called Oasis Freight Transport Load Offers and Check Calls.
What we text
- Load offers: available freight a carrier in our network may want to haul, with a link to accept or bid.
- Check calls: status questions about a load you are hauling for us, such as where the truck is and whether it will deliver on time.
How you sign up
We text a number only after its owner has agreed. You can sign up on our text sign-up page, tick the same unticked box when you accept a load offer or sign a rate confirmation with us, or text START to 509-381-4743. We never text anyone to ask for permission. Consent to texts is not a condition of doing business with us.
- Message frequency varies with the loads we have for you and the loads you are hauling for us.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to stop at any time. You will get one message confirming you are opted out. Reply START to turn texts back on.
- Reply HELP for help, or call 509-331-4729 or email invoicing@oftrans.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. See our Privacy Policy.
