SMS Terms
These terms cover text messages from Oasis Freight Transport LLC ("Oasis"), a licensed freight broker (MC 16145), to the motor carriers and drivers we work with. The program is called Oasis Freight Transport Load Offers and Check Calls.
What we text
- Load offers: available freight a carrier in our network may want to haul, with a link to accept or bid.
- Check calls: status questions about a load you are hauling for us, such as where the truck is and whether it will deliver on time.
How you sign up
Load offers are texted only to people who ask for them: sign up on our text sign-up page, tick the unticked "Text me load offers" box when you accept a load offer or sign a rate confirmation with us, or text START to 509-381-4743. Consent to load offer texts is not a condition of doing business with us.
Check calls are part of hauling a load for us. When you sign one of our rate confirmations you tick a box agreeing that we may text the driver's cell you give us about that load. We use that number only for texts about that load, never for load offers, and the driver can reply STOP at any time.
We never text anyone to ask for permission.
- Message frequency varies with the loads we have for you and the loads you are hauling for us.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to stop at any time. You will get one message confirming you are opted out. Reply START to turn texts back on.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. See our Privacy Policy.
